Waves Early Learning Educators

The educators at Waves Early Learning Service are responsive to all children’s strengths, abilities and interests. We will value and build on the child’s strengths, skills and knowledge to ensure their motivation and engagement in learning through the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

We recognise the staff as our service’s most precious resource and aim to provide them with a satisfying and safe working environment here at Waves. Further, we also appreciate the experiences and skills of all staff/educators. We value their dedication as an integral element of the success of our service. Waves Early Learning Service is currently overstaffed for the quality and care of our children.

All staff hold current Working with Children Check and Senior First Aid Certificates.

Our Acheivments 

The team at Waves pride themselves on their ability to engage in reflective practices and further their knowledge in areas of interest. Here are some of our achievements that we have been proud to take part in and role model for the children.
